Citigroup Senior Data Management & Reporting Analyst in Tampa, Florida
Citi has undertaken multiple initiatives to redefine and redesign Wholesale Credit Risk data and systems infrastructure. Policies, processes, data and technology are key pillars of this redesign. This role is part of the Credit Risk Systems & Data Initiatives Team, within the ICG Risk CAO organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish process to produce daily, weekly, monthly metrics packs, consolidating the statistics produced by team
Develop metrics and dashboards to depict quality and improvements in wholesale credit data
Partner with ICG Risk, Technology, Risk Governance to develop technology plans and annual budget
Identify and track regulatory and audit commitments across the team
Prepare effective presentations that illustrate current infrastructure landscape, the needs and strategic plans for wholesale credit data and systems
Provide guidance and aid for presentations to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience (5+ years) in Risk Management, or Technology Project Management.
Good understanding of data flows for Credit Risk
Experience with building metrics and dashboards using Tableau or similar tools
Extremely proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent working knowledge of VBA/Macros, SQL, Sharepoint
Team player possessing an ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, with demonstrated ability to work effectively across business units / functions to deliver results
Delivery focused with ability to prioritize multiple assignments and requests, and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide variety of people across functions / seniority
Analytical individual with ability to model data and draw conclusions
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with demonstrated experience in executing against tight deadlines and managing issue escalation
