Amentum Senior All-Source Analyst in Tampa, Florida

Amentum is actively seeking a Senior All-Source Analyst to support The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Intelligence Directorate (J2) and Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs) , provide Predictive Analysis, Social-Cultural Analysis (SCA) and Analytical Support to the Headquarters (HQ), Components, TSOCs, and deploy Special Operations Forces ( SOF). The location for this position will be on site at HQ USSOCOM, in Tampa, FL.

Relevant experience includes:

  • Direct all source analyst tasking and coordination efforts in support of the fused production process.

  • Provide fused intelligence bridging geospatial and SCA analysis for strategic, operational, and tactical level planning and operations.

  • Conduct in-depth research using classified and unclassified data sources to locate and analyze available intelligence in support of PAS requirements.

  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external POCs to ensure all aspects of a research effort are incorporated.

  • Identify information gaps and develop source-directed requirements (SDR) or identify alternate sources to garner information.

  • Respond to assigned RFIs by researching, analyzing, and producing finished intelligence including, but not limited to, Intelligence Studies, Desk Notes, PowerPoint briefings (with associated textual analyses and graphical representation of areas of interest), Intelligence Highlights or SOF Intelligence Bulletins at required classification levels.

  • Analyze and integrate multiple areas of national security interests, including military and political developments, intentions, and implications. Assess and integrate foreign military and political trends, perceptions, and goals as related to SOF mission areas.

  • Support the operational planning process and provide feedback concerning strategic/theater changes that have implications for defense/SOF operations, conflicts, and crisis.

  • HQ SOCOM analyst shall produce 12 products per quarter, at least two of which are near- or mid-term assessments (Info Paper, SOF Intel Brief, or PowerPoint presentation with associated textual analyses and visual representation) as deemed acceptable by JIC reviewers.

  • TSOC PAS analyst will assist in the production of a minimum of six acceptable products per year as deemed by TSOC JISE reviewers. TSOC PAS Analysts will support the Geospatial and SCA analysts in research and discovery to provide the common operational view.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Must have current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Please note US Citizenship is required to maintain a Top Secret Clearance.

  • Must have valid US Passport.

  • 10 years’ All-Source intelligence experience in IC or DoD including writing and briefing for senior IC/DoD customers.

  • Graduate-level degree (MA/MS) in a national security, international relations.

  • 8 years IC or DoD experience in respective Areas of Responsibility (AORs).

  • 5 years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of all-source intelligence analysis.

  • 1 year experience using ArcGIS

  • 10 years’ experience utilizing all-source Intelligence Community tools and applications (Trident, TAC, etc. as examples).
