Position Summary:

As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing critical operations.

  • Qualifications:

  • Project Manager Professional (PMP) or equivalent DAWIA certification:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing a large team.

  • You’ll lead forward-deployed field service representatives, engineers, and data integrators.

  • 5 years’ experience in USSOCOM assigned organizations.

  • Military personnel, government civilian, or contractor

  • Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute program strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Coordinate efforts across multiple departments or locations.

  • Resource Management:

  • Efficiently allocate materials and human resources.

  • Manage through subordinate supervisors.

  • Communication and Collaboration:

  • Maintain frequent communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Prepare and present briefings to current and potential customers.

  • Technical Expertise:

  • Understand and support project-specific requirements, leveraging digital solutions.

  • Prepare and update project management plans.

  • Maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project.

  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

  • Apply an Agile system engineering approach to support design, development, integration, and testing.

  • Mentor subconsultants and manage impediments efficiently.

General Information:

  • Location: Tampa, FL (Contingent upon Award)

  • Security Clearance: Active Top-Secret with SCI Eligibility

  • Background Check and Drug Screen: Required for external new hires in the U.S.

Compensation: 100k-200k depending on experience. Sign-on bonus and performance-based bonus available at the 1-year point.
