Job Description:

LeadData Analyst/Masking Specialist:

  • Configureand implement dynamic data masking policies to ensure sensitive data ismasked for authorized users based on their access needs.

  • Definerules to determine which data fields require masking (e.g., SocialSecurity Numbers, credit card numbers, etc.).

  • Selectappropriate masking techniques (e.g., partial masking, redaction,tokenization) for different data types.

  • Monitorand maintain data masking policies to ensure they remain effective.

  • Collaboratewith security teams and application developers to integrate data maskingfunctionality seamlessly.

  • Troubleshootany issues related to data masking and ensure data access remains smoothfor authorized users.

  • Stayup-to-date on the latest data security regulations and best practices fordata masking.

  • Familiaritywith database management systems and SQL queries.

  • Excellentanalytical, problem solving and communication skills

  • Experienceon any data masking platforms is a plus

  • Healthcareexperience is a plus
