ManpowerGroup IT Business Senior Analyst (Tampa) in Tampa, Florida

Our client, a fortune 100 financial services firm is currently seeking an IT Business Senior Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the Technology team supporting business users. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience eliciting and writing user stories, Agile experience, and beginner to intermediate knowledge of SQL which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IT Business Senior Analyst (Tampa)

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay Range: $43.50/hr

What's the Job?

  • Support system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based on analysis of information

  • Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and provides user and operational support

  • Work with business clients providing demos and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles

  • Create user guides, release notes and other supporting documentation

  • Act as SME to stakeholders and/or other team members.

What's Needed?

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience

  • Previous experience working as a Business Analyst in Agile methodology and/or SDLC is a must

  • Beginner to intermediate knowledge of SQL

  • Ability to perform in client facing situations

  • Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
