  • Are responsible for identifying, soliciting, and closing new business for the company.

  • Generate an ongoing list of prospects.

  • Utilize cold calls, prospecting emails, mail, professional associations, and networking to contact prospective clients.

  • Can identify opportunities to bring all of World's solutions to our clients - beyond employee benefits (and enjoy the financial rewards of doing so).

  • Identify exposures, make recommendations, and create custom programs to eliminate gaps in coverage.

  • Identify opportunities to round out accounts for existing clients.

  • Maintain client relationships and retention of accounts through agency’s renewal workflows.

  • Bring 3-5 years of experience working in an insurance brokerage or carrier.

  • Are personable and highly motivated to grow personal success with the ability to leverage excellent listening skills with strong customer focus.

  • Are consultative and bring a positive and resourceful approach to dealing with prospective clients and associates.

  • Experienced using Employee Benefits and Sales software platforms such as BenefitPoint and HubSpot.

  • Consistently demonstrate that they are self-motivated, driven and maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines.

  • Demonstrates excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
