Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections is now hiring for Election Support Specialists in Tampa, Fl. As a Poll Worker Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our electoral processes' accuracy, efficiency and integrity. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills with previous experience in a customer support role.
Job Title: Poll Worker Support Specialist
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between poll workers and the election services and training departments
Process poll worker applications and payroll information
Answer large volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner
Answer questions and provide real-time support using webchat applications
Identify poll worker needs, research issues and provide solutions
Job Qualifications
1-2 years experience of customer service experience
General office skills
Graduation from high school of have a GED
Possession of a valid and current FL drivers license with no more than 7 points
