Job Summary:

Due to growth and expansion, HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is looking for an experienced CRNA who is ready to deliver the highest quality, expert care to our patients at the state-of-the-art Hospital for Endocrine Surgery, HCA Florida West Tampa Hospital. This innovative, patient-centric environment is designed for the highly specialized treatments and services for endocrine tumors, including thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal tumors, and cancers.

Highlights of Opportunity:

  • Collaborative Team model: 3 Anesthesiologists and 10 CRNAs

  • 8 ORs supported by 38 pre/post-op bays; 16 private patient rooms

  • No Call, No weekends, No nights. 4, 10 hour shifts. Current schedule is Mon.-Thurs., 6:15a - 4:15p. Will be expanding to include Fridays in the future.

  • Quick-paced, autonomous scope of practice.

Incentive/Benefits Package:

  • Competitive compensation package based on years of experience.

  • Start Date Bonus up to $50K and relocation assistance available.

  • 8 weeks of Time Away From Practice with no waiting period.

  • Optional Premium pay shift available: in-house night coverage starting when the day's cases end until 6a. Providing airway management for endocrine patients only.

  • Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift.
