The Administrative Assistant plays a central role in providing administrative support to the organization. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining records, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have organizational, communication, and time management skills, along with proficiency in office software and a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities

Managing Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and calls, and responding or directing them appropriately.

Scheduling: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and sending reminders as needed.

Data Entry and Record Keeping: Entering data into spreadsheets or databases, maintaining files and records, and ensuring accuracy and organization.

Office Management: Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and coordinating maintenance and repairs as necessary.

Travel Arrangements: Making travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and preparing itineraries.

Meeting Support: Assisting with meeting preparations, such as booking conference rooms, arranging catering, and preparing materials.

Document Preparation: Drafting, formatting, and proofreading documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.

Filing and Document Management: Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval and proper storage.

Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to managers and team members, including copying, scanning, and faxing documents, and handling expense reports.

Customer Service: Greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and providing assistance in a professional and courteous manner.
