Requires a BS in engineering or an appropriate comparable discipline. Technical knowledge to solve substantive work-related problems. Must know Failure Mode and Effects Analysis tools. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and good computer skills including word processing and data analysis software. Pay attention to detail and set high personal goals or standards of performance. Generates creative solutions to technical problems and is open to trying different and novel approaches.
