What you will do:

  • Provides leadership and expertise in the development of 7G’s Stormwater Inspection initiatives

  • Develops a 7G Stormwater Compliance program encompassing all local, state and federal permitting requirements.

  • Plans and conducts inspections of privately owned and maintained stormwater systems.

  • Evaluates stormwater system performance to ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations, statutes, codes, permits and engineering standards.

  • Perform quality assurance audits of your assigned clients to ensure internal and external partners are meeting the 7G Standard and exceeding the client’s expectations per their respective scopes of work.

  • Analyze information to determine the necessary corrective action to return the facility to compliance with State and Federal regulations, equipment specifications, and client’s expectations per scope of work.

  • Communicate information and corrective actions professionally with appropriate stakeholders including clients, 7G team members, regulators, and contractors.

  • Occasionally attend out of town client meetings or industry specific conferences.

  • All other duties as assigned.

    The position requires working outside in all reasonable weather conditions, and you may be away from home for more than five days at a time. 

    Physical Demands

  • You will frequently lift and move 50-100 pounds.

  • You will regularly be required to use your hands to touch, reach, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, smell, and hear.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science or related field (conservation, environmental engineering, etc.) required. 

  • 2-5+ years experience managing environmental compliance tasks

  • CSM (Certified Stormwater Manager) Certification preferred. 

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification preferred

  • Aggressive and goal oriented with a history of achieving and exceeding goals.

  • Effective communicator via phone, email, instant messaging, and in person.
