Ford Performance is looking for an enthusiastic, talented Marketing professional to join our motorsports group. You will support the Manager, Driving Experiences to develop the world’s best driving experiences around the globe. You will be assisting the development and implementation of a global driving experiences strategy that will grow the business, conquest new customers and strengthen the Ford brand. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter, be comfortable with ambiguity, and role model Our Ford+ Behaviors – Focus, Excellence and Collaboration.

What you'll do….

  • Help Ford to build the world’s best portfolio of driving experiences, enhancing the ownership experience for our customers and creating new fans of the brand through world-class experiences

  • Assist to develop and implement a global strategy to grow and increase the availability of driving experiences. Including, but not limited to – track experiences, off-road experiences, simulation, adventure & “destination” driving

  • Assist Ford Performance to implement a consistent customer and brand experience across our portfolio of driving experiences, including cross-promotional and monetization opportunities

  • Perform fundamentally event marketing and communications tasks that contribute to program successes

  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering/Comms/Global Markets/Licensing/Dealer Relations/Design/Retail Marketing/Product Marketing/etc. to assist with multi-faceted programs

  • Compile and analyze date to accurately assist with reporting impact and outcomes on marketing programs and initiatives

  • Track competitive activity to keep abreast of motorsport trends and practices

  • Assist team with writing, maintaining and updating necessary department and program-specific documents and communications (i.e. program brochures, website maintenance, owner information, owner information, etc.)

  • Support team with monitoring relationships with new & existing partners supporting the driving experiences portfolio and growth strategy, and act as directed

  • Assist with preparation of department presentations and leadership communications

  • Assist with budget reconciliations and annual budget tracking

  • Support with vehicle coordination and shipment to Ford Performance events

  • Ability to work independently on projects, moving them forward while meeting internal deadlines

Other Information:

  • Moderate domestic and international travel will be required and/or weekend and evening hours

  • Willingness to reallocate if required

You'll have….

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field of study

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Experience and/or Marketing

  • 5+ years experience in the Motorsports industry

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Ability to coordinate projects across multiple teams and event formats

  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to working hours

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving products

  • Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to requested schedules as needed
