Summary/Objective

We are seeking an IT Specialist to support end users with the use of web-based applications and troubleshooting hardware or service connectivity issues. This role will also assist with managing, monitoring, and documenting network infrastructure as well as helpdesk issue tracking.

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software systems.

Work Environment, Programs, and Tools This position operates in a professional remo e environment and requires individual to type, sit, stand, talk, and listen.

Required knowledge of the following tools, equipment, and programs includes: computers, phones, copier/scanner/fax, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This position will be hybrid at either our Stennis Space Center, MS, Tallahassee, FL, or Tampa, FL locations for co-working capability. This position is a full time non-exempt position, expected to work 40 hours per week. This position may require evening/weekend work and work outside of the typical work hours when needed to support business needs.

Travel

Significant travel is not expected for this role.
