The Work You Will Do:

  • Manages and oversees contractual agreements for the Division. Process contractual invoices and tracks expenditure. Assists the program contract manager with administration of federal grants. Assist Project Managers with all aspects of the contract process to ensure that required forms are completed in a timely manner. Reviews and assists with the tracking of expenditures and encumbrances for the program areas to ensure that disbursements are properly recorded.

  • Print reports, process refunds and link payments in DEP's Cash Receiving Application (CRA). Payment verification and transaction updates in the applicable databases. . Reconciles FLAIR expenditures. Initiates correction memo as necessary.

  • Assists program with recruitment, compiling hiring packages and new hire paperwork. Works with Division office regarding human resource processes. Assists with program main phone line.

  • Manages the programs FLEET vehicles, including processing logs in FLEETWave and Oculus and maintaining vehicles as needed. Assists with the program’s office needs, including lease management and furniture procurement.

    Your Specific Responsibilities:

    This position will assist with the Onsite Sewage Program by providing contract and budget oversight, administrative assistance, and Human Resources assistance and support.
