Computer Consultants International, Inc. Call Center Consultant in TALLAHASSEE, Florida

We are looking for a senior call center management and technology consultant to provide a high-level analysis and strategic recommendation for a state government client. The client is in mental health and has been seeing enormous increases in demand, but their capacity has not managed to keep up.This project requires someone who knows the whole process from top to bottom, calls in through software tracking, confidentiality, cuber security, staffing levels, performance reviews, technology changes over time and into the future. The job is to review what the client is currently doing (as-is) and help them craft a new model that is realistic for their capacity and goals. At the completion of the project they will use your recommendations to procure replacement technology and perform project change.

You will recommend solutions/system to implement and best practice workflows to share data across system platforms to conduct crisis response in real time. You will also conduct feasibility studies, if needed, evaluate vendor products, survey staff at centers and Community Mental Health Centers to determine ability and needs to implement new systems, and make recommendations on systems and approach with estimated costs and a detailed plan for implementation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience working in a management or consulting capacity in the behavioral health industry with proven success
  • Knowledge of all aspects of behavioral health operations and workflows
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and HITECT Act requirements for behavioral health providers

Some travel onsite will be required, 2 trips are expected, but most of the work can be done remotely.
