This position is responsible for managing multiple transparency initiative contracts, websites, and related projects. This role serves as the technical expert and advisor for all matters of contract management, website development, and special projects. Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to performing assigned scheduled data dissemination duties, working with large data sets, and/or performing health care research to produce written summaries for various health care topics in a clear and concise format for dissemination.

Your Specific Responsibilities:

•Manage health care transparency initiative contracts, websites, and projects

•Manage project work elements and techniques for a successful project

•Develop, implement, and maintain documentation management and tracking efforts

•Develop and maintain technical guidance documentation to assist end users

•Plan and coordinate staff, stakeholder, and end-user training sessions as applicable

•Provide administrative and technical support for rulemaking

•Coordinate meetings and gather or create materials

•Produce written technical reports

•Manage web design updates for Health Care Transparency websites

•Perform other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

•At least two years of professional experience in health care administration or project management

•At least one year of professional experience in contract or grant management

Must successfully complete training in contract management and become a certified contract manager within six months of hire in accordance with section 287.057(15)(c), F.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Current Florida Certified Contract Manager (FCCM) certification

•Experience working with large databases

•Experience with interpreting statutes, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

•Experience with effective communication and technical report writing

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

•Contract management skills

•Strong communication and writing skills

•Ability to work well individually and as part of a team

•Proficient computer skills and document management skills

•Knowledge of AHCA’s transparency initiatives
