Our Talent Advisor is accountable for:

  • Ensuring high level of talent engagement through execution of programs that drive redeployment and retention

  • Payroll and/or Compliance – actively resolving issues to ensure Talent are paid weekly and remain active in appropriate absence management system

  • Flexing within the Talent Care & Fulfillment Team to ensure strong service delivery on behalf of Kelly Education

Essential Skills:

  • Understanding of HR/staffing practices such as ADA, off-boarding, talent management, employment law, contract language, etc. preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Highly organized, efficient at multi-tasking, and strong follow-through skills required

  • Self-motivated with keen sense of prioritization, time management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – verbal and written

This is a full time role working onsite at a local office in Orange Park, FL with office hours of Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. Seeking minimum of 2+ years of Education, Staffing, Human Resources, Talent Management, and/or related area of expertise.
