Job Description

OBJECTIVE:

To lead and direct all facets of supply chain management including, but not limited to demand planning, supply fulfillment, logistics, warehousing/ distribution, inventory management and financial forecasting activities to limit cost and improve accuracy/customer service. Examine existing procedures or opportunities for streamlining activities to meet product distribution needs. Direct the movement, storage, or processing of inventory.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1) To lead the monthly Sales Operation & Planning (S&OP) meeting and drive the short and long term supply chain integration initiatives in order to align with country business objectives.

2) To ensure the overall management of customer information on daily sales transaction in SAP and other internal system maintenance/ coordination.

3) To oversee and review the development of toll manufacturing/ packing and execute the regular internal control process to ensure the alignment of performance metrics.

4) To manage inventory and establish controls to ensure Takeda is operating at the highest level of performance based on key performance metrics and minimized supply chain risk

5) To be accountable for effective leadership, management, coaching and counselling of the Supply chain and to be responsible for training needs analysis and personal development.

6) To ensure the fiscal management and security of Takeda’s corporate assets (i.e. active pharmaceutical ingredients, bulk drug product, finished drug product, packaging commodities, anti counterfeiting and product diversion, etc.) with the licensor or at third party contractor/raw material supplier.

7) To oversee the coordination and implementation of supply chain launch meetings for new product introductions or commercialized products.

8) Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal SOPs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

▪ Degree in Materials/Logistics/IT management

▪ 8 years in the fields of Supply Chain and related experiences

▪ At least 3-5 years management experience

▪ Knowledge of SAP is highly desired.

▪ Preferably experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.

▪ Good command of English and local language
