As a Sales Administrator, you will support the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities and office administrative functions. The role will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing essential assistance to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations.

Location: Taipei

What you’ll do

  • Sales Management, responsible for wound care products to achieve short-term and long-term business goals in direct accounts

  • Management direct sales team and accounts

  • Led sales team to drive and develop WC business to achieve sales target.

  • Develop and execute the A&P programs to drive product usages and gain the market share from competitors.

  • Support team in direct saies activities and drive business to achieve sales goals.

  • Culfivate and manage users and KOLs

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely support obtaining and efficient sales operation.

  • Territory and sales larget assignment

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree in medical related science; Master's degree or MBA equivelant preferred

  • At least 6 years experiences in medical device industry and 3 years experience in sales and people management. Proven track record of achieving sales target and leading a sales team.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills

  • Demonstrable computer literacy with Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and digital platforms.

  • Speaking and reading proliciency in English
