Regional Development Department is managing Global Selling’s cross-border ecosystem, including Service Provider, Governments, and Associations, with main purpose of driving more selling partners’ awareness and prospects through collective and synergized efforts with these external partners. As a Regional Development Assistant Intern you should be able to work as full-time intern (40 hrs/week). A successful candidate will be a self-starter who is passionate about discovering and solving complicated problems, learning complex systems, working with numbers, and organizing and communicating data and reports. You will also be passionate about helping the team make great decisions based on data, possess exceptional skills in project management and data reporting, and be interested in e-commerce industry. You will be detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and capable of dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities. Candidates must be successful both as individual contributors and in a team environment, and must be obsessed with serving the customer. Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven work environment.

Key job responsibilities

• Amazon Global Selling ecosystem (Service Provider/Association/Government/External partner) cooperation project implementation and execution

• Publish and maintain RD lead data and identify opportunities for improving lead quality through detailed and thorough root cause analysis

• Support on new Service Provider/Association/Government analysis and planning to provide proposal on future events/activities

• Other relevant tasks as deemed necessary

Basic Qualifications

• Currently enrolling in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, or a related field or have graduated less than 12 months ago.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to present information professionally & concisely with supporting data

• Demonstrated record in sales operation, data analysis and/or customer service.

• Ability to execute internal operation, troubleshoot issues and manage multiple interests simultaneously in a timely manner.

• Outstanding attention to details; Exceptional problem solving skills.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; advanced skills in MS office, excel (array and statistical formulas), HTML coding, SQL, programmatic report development and metric management

• Communication skills – ability to communicate (written and spoken) in Mandarin Chinese and English.

• Ability to manage workload with minimum supervision and collaborate with a wide range of colleagues while meeting deadlines.

• Excellent interpersonal skills: being able to listen and collaborate with a wide range of players, being able to work independently, being pro-active and taking initiative.

• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
