What you will do

We are seeking a Sr. PM/PM for Cardiovascular, in General Medicine Business Unit (GMBU), to develop strategy, tactics, and actions with a focus on customer experience and clinical value to patients. This role will report to Marketing Lead, GMBU, and be one of key members of Marketing team. He or she will work closely with cross-functional colleagues to identify unmet needs of the market, design prototype and evaluate options, recommend improvements, and prioritize features to grasp potential opportunities. The team will rely on your expertise to ensure implementation and realization plans.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Be accountable for bone brand strategic and operational matters.

  • Detailed implement of strategy and development/tracking of key performance indicators to measure brand success.

  • Handle KOL engagement and Key Account management.

  • Lead development and tracking of the cross-functional tasks for the brand.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the working relationships between all internal partners (sales team, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, market access and finance teams) and external business partners to ensure the brand(s) objectives are achieved.

  • Build up external partnerships with asset-creating agencies, public relations firms, and KOLs will also be the responsibility.

  • Coordinate product management segments such as forecasting, budget management, and supply management.

  • Consider insights from multiple collaborators, to establish strong facilitation, collaboration, and demonstrate project management skills will be meaningful.

  • Engage with the business and opinion leaders, support employee life cycle activities, handle projects, follow yearly corporate plan, craft, and deliver status/ad hoc reports.

What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications

  • Science-based background with MBA master is preferred.

  • Minimum of MNC 4 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience is a must.

  • Forecasting, financial modeling, budgeting skill and experience

  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written communications.

  • As team-player and lead smooth and efficient communication.

  • Results orientated and demonstrating can-do attitude.

  • Strategic partnership management for internal & external KOLs.
