What you will do:

  1. 材料/工程採購發包, 詢價、比價、議價及成本分析 (需識圖AutoCAD及具備估算能力) Material/ engineering procurement outsourcing, price inquiry, price comparison, price negotiation and cost analysis (requires skills in AutoCAD and the ability to estimate).

  2. 負責供應商開發/ 管理/ 評鑑與發展計畫 Responsible for supplier development/ management/ evaluation and development plan.

  3. 採購ERP系統操作下單、進度跟催、控制交期等一般採購作業 General procurement operations, such as order placement, progress follow-up, and delivery control in the procurement ERP system.

  4. 工程買賣及承攬合約製作 Procurement contract drafting.

  5. 其它主管交辦事務 Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

What we are looking for:

  1. 中文聽說讀寫能力 Proficiency in mandarin listening, reading, speaking and writing is a must .

  2. 兩年以上相關工作經驗 Minimum of 2 years related working experience.

  3. 大學以上，工程相關科系 Bachelor's or above degree in engineering related fields.

  4. 具採購議價談判技巧且對數字敏銳度高 Possess purchase bargaining and negotiation skills and sensitive to figures.

  5. 具估算圖說能力 Ability in estimating costs from engineering drawings.

  6. 可配合工地會議 Willingness to participant in site meetings.

  7. 能團隊合作，個性主動積極且具學習企圖心 Able to work in a team with proactive working attitude and eager to learn.

  8. 具現場工務經驗尤佳 Experience in on-site construction project is a plus.
