Universal Robots is the market leader in the collaborative robotic space today and we are just getting started! We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to build the UR brand, cultivate relationships with thought leaders and influencers and drive demand in Taiwan.

You will report to Sales Director of Taiwan and have a dotted line reporting relationship with Head of APAC Marketing in Singapore. We are looking for someone who will work with the Taiwan team (sales and technical) to create integrated campaigns and programs to generate high value leads (attributable to marketing activities) to support and exceed the region’s ambitious growth targets. You will be part of the winning team to build our brand in Taiwan through awareness programs to position Universal Robots, its products and services to key stakeholders, partner ecosystem and end users within Taiwan and APAC.

Opportunity Overview

• Work with local sales team, regional & global marketing team to create a marketing plan in Taiwan.

• Manage external marketing agencies in Taiwan to create, execute, and track marketing tactics.

• Collaborate with regional & global digital marketing teams to drive online demand generation, ensuring that digital campaigns and programs are executed within budget and to expectations.

• Partner with Taiwan team (sales and technical) to manage and execute showcases exhibitions and seminars.

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing program to support the growth of the Universal Robots partner ecosystems (distributors and integrators).

• Coordinate with PR and digital/social media partners, define scope of work, manage and oversee the execution of these activities in Taiwan.

• Provide data-driven insights for weekly KPI’s and make adjustments to improve results.

All About You

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications combined with minimum 5 years of experience from a similar role, ideally from a multinational corporation in industrial automation/manufacturing. Additionally, you must have a wide all-round experience from diverse marketing tasks, both in digital/social and traditional media. We seek a self-driven, resourceful, and flexible team player.

• Solid understanding of sales funnel process, lead nurturing, marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and sales qualified leads (SQLs).

• Execution - ability to manage and keep track of tasks, deadlines, and priorities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Organizational skills, a get-things-done attitude and experience interacting with stakeholders at all levels

• Excellent overall marketing understanding, with the ability to use it hands-on.

• Strong communication skills and a good understanding of cross-cultural differences.

• Strong command of Mandarin in writing and reading as native level

• Fluent in English is required.

• Good business acumen and experience with working with sales directly or indirectly.

• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.

• Great time-management, interpersonal, communication and listening skills.

• This position requires up to 30% travel domestically.
