Aon is currently recruiting a Associate Director to join our Health Solution (Wellbeing) team in Taipei, Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Wellbeing clients’ service include on-site/nurse service and flexible benefit program.
Develop business strategy for increasing the client base and driving revenue
Meet with clients and present the service model for clients and employees
Collect data from employee’s submitted of flexible benefits and approval the reimbursement amount
Compile comprehensive client reports outlining key areas on annual report
Maintain and build relationships with external service providers and company partners
Keep up to date on current wellbeing and workplace trends
Growth and Sales
Constantly identifying valuable clients and where the biggest opportunities exist, developing client relationships positively influencing sales and client retention.
Positive Net Promoter Score from clients and regularly review value proposition to increase overall partnership position.
Operational Excellence
Accurate and timely input of leads and pipelines in required internal platform. Reviewing all out-going client documents including but not limited to renewal contracts, client workshop communications/decks.
Applies company policies and procedures to deliver varied technical and professional activities and to resolve issues that are generally similar in nature.
Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where established practices, procedures and precedents guide the work.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Proficient in the use of word, excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to organize and priorities own work load
Strong Organization , planning and co-ordination skills
