What You'll Be Doing:
Drive virtualization initiatives for L&D and the Employee Communication.
Create engaging virtual learning content and platform.
Lead the development of a virtual structure for the Employee Communication.
Implement tech-driven solutions for enhanced accessibility.
What We Need to See:
In Master or MBA. Major in Human Resources, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
Strong social media and tech skills.
Passion for learning and development.
Effective communication and collaboration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual tools.
Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
Fluent English
