Description

  • Formulate business and media strategies on digital acquisition to achieve business goals

  • Initiate and implement effective marketing campaigns from end-to-end to drive sales conversion digitally

  • Analyze & utilize MIS data to make recommendations to improve overall strategies

  • Use web analytics to improve the efficiency and CPA (cost per acquisition)

  • Lead the development of new Acquisition capabilities as part of the Agile Citi program & methodology

  • Manage the team to deliver high-performance, provide leadership and development for team members

  • Monitor different media agencies and digital content agencies for effective media placement to deliver sales leads and ensure effective conversion rate by working closely with sales channels at the back-end

  • Optimize the end-to-end customer journey to increase the effectiveness of sales leads capture and conversion

  • Search engine optimization to increase organic traffic to our website

  • Work with digital agency for customer journey optimization (A/B testing)

  • Leverage on social media and other marketing campaign to drive organic traffic

  • Coordinate with regional office to work on new initiatives and strategic projects

  • Ensure audit readiness and strong controls at all times and secure successful audit results

  • Ensure high compliance and regulatory standards as well as high levels of customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree holder, MBA desired

  • 7-10 years of experience in Marketing, digital agency experience is a plus

  • Experience of running digital acquisition campaigns (transactional websites, SEO, SEM, Display, Social Media, etc.)

  • Proven ability to inspire and lead high performing teams

  • Proven leadership skills and excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Results orientated with proven track record, self-directed, change leader, high energy and strong execution capabilities

  • Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of ownership

  • An innovative thinker with true passion for and knowledge of disruptive technology

  • Excellent written in English and Chinese and fluent spoken English

  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
