Description

 Major Responsibilities include strategy development based on deep local market insight and alignment where appropriate with global franchise strategies; managing P&L and delivering sales, marketing and profitability objectives.

 Building the organization capability (people, process, technology) in the markets to accelerate and sustain growth; motivating and inspiring a team to deliver results for the short- and long-term.

 Implementing a compliance and integrity framework fully aligned with Kenvue high standards for quality, compliance and accountability.

 Partner with external stakeholders including government, Hospitals, Trade and other payors. Shape evolving health systems and define win/win solutions for market development.

 Leads multi-functional leadership team consisting of commercial and enabling functions.

Qualifications

 10-15 years business experience with demonstrated track record of success in building and executing growth plans and achieving business results in diverse market contexts.

 Demonstrated ability to collaborate, integrate and leverage multiple functional disciplines (sales, marketing, key account management, technical operations, finance and human resources) to achieve business results. Strong ability to lead through collaboration, networking and influence vs. direct control.

 Strong evidence of Organization Capability-Building and People Leadership Skills to develop functional excellence, engage and inspire people and teams and develop a pipeline of talent; create a culture to deliver high business performance.

 Multi-functional experience in more than one commercial-oriented discipline (sales, marketing, finance, key account management, supply chain, team leadership) is required.

 Thorough knowledge of the end-to-end supply chain processes & establishment of external partnerships.
