Description and Requirements

Managing the development and implementation of procurement initiatives

Strategic price and contract negotiations

Interfacing with Marketing and Engineering for product development strategy and implementation, optimizing material selection to maintain lowest cost, predictable availability, and industry leadership in quality

Establish and develop strategic sourcing relationships with suppliers

Manage overall supplier relationships including supplier performance, capability development, cost and quality improvements

Support AI project sourcing including quickly bidding, design for cost optimization, NPI sourcing, Cost management, NPI Sample support etc.

(mechanical or thermal sourcing experience background and intend to dedicate to procurement field is big plus)
