Quinault Indian Nation Timber Sales Administrator (Forester) in Taholah, Washington

Quinault Division of Natural Resources (QDNR), Forestry Dept-Taholah, WA This is a professional position responsible for sharing logging contract administration duties on approx. 160,000 acres of Indian Trust timberland that produces approx. 47 million board feet annually. This position provides project-level oversight in implementing and monitoring timber harvest contracts and other permits within the Quinault Indian Reservation.  *Salary and Benefits: *

  • $55,000-$69,250 starting annual salary, dependent on qualifications
  • signing bonus: $8,500.00
  • Full benefits package that includes health insurance (medical, dental, and vision) with no premium for individuals, 401k w/ 5% employer match, 26 days paid leave, and 16 paid holidays.
  • flexible work schedule and opportunities for telework.
  • optional participation in wildland fire program deployments (overtime)
