WTW Oracle HCM HR and Absence SME in Taguig, Philippines
Job Summary:
Collaborate closely with Core HR and Absence design team, business partners, functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Centers of Excellence (COE) and Project Managers to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Project Leadership: Lead the customer through the project life cycle, emphasizing best practice process adoption.
Client Engagement: Conduct client meetings, facilitate productive discussions, and drive decisions.
Functional Design: Create functional designs, configuration workbooks, and configure the Oracle HCM Cloud solution.
Technical Skills / Need to have:
Oracle Absence Management
Oracle HR Cloud
HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas & Design Studio
Knowledge on 2 or more Oracle HCM modules below:
Absence, Talent, Performance & Compensation
Cloud HCM Conversions, Integrations
Responsibilities & Duties:
Prior experience leading HCM Cloud Core HR and Absence implementations.
Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and Absence modules. Optional experience with other Oracle Cloud HCM modules is a plus.
Collaboration: Coordinate design and configuration with other functional leads across the Oracle Cloud HCM implementation scope.
Organization Design: Guide clients in developing appropriate organization designs based on their business requirements.
Education Qualification: Graduate with Engineering and IT specialization
Experience Band: 10+ yrs.
