WTW HR Analyst-Project Manager in Taguig, Philippines

The Analyst will be responsible for supporting HR leaders with financial decisions and analysis in addition to project coordination. The role will require close collaboration with leaders and HR colleagues across sub-functions to ensure meaningful, quantified improvements in data-driven decision-making. The job holder will support the Head of Colleague Experience in ensuring service levels and data quality are met and continuously improved.

  • Financial analysis support to inform and enable strategic decision-making

  • Strong analytical skills coupled with continuous improvement mindset

  • Project coordination skills with an eye for detail and the confidence to challenge when things are going off track

  • Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and priorities and a tenacity for finding both short and long-term solutions to challenges

  • Stakeholder management across different cultures and locations

  • A proven track record of strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (spoken and written)

  • Familiarity with the HR functional areas is an advantage

The Requirements

  • An experienced Business Analyst with project coordination experience

  • Experience in coordinating several projects simultaneously

  • Team player with a positive, flexible attitude and ability to overcome obstacles

  • Excellent communication skills and experience of liaising with people at all levels and championing new ideas

  • Proficient with MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

  • Able to grasp new concepts quickly

  • Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance-driven environment

  • Strong Stakeholder management at all levels
