WTW Email Technology Lead * (Mid / Night Shift) in Taguig, Philippines

The Role

  • Lead the technical architecture, design, and roadmap for email systems

  • Identify, document, publish and uphold standards, policies, procedures, and inventories

  • Champion email services and solutions with business and IT stakeholders

  • Work closely with internal teams in delivering email projects and tasks

  • Solicit feedback from stakeholders and measure effectiveness and promote continuous improvement.

  • Provide L3 technical support as needed

  • Assist in mentoring team members in resolving technical issues and developing technical skills.

  • Assist in developing internal knowledge base and training materials

  • Follow Microsoft Roadmap to support evergreen change and ensure service stability

  • Perform other duties as assigned

The Requirements

  • Advanced technical knowledge of Exchange Online, on-premises Exchange, and hybrid environments along with email client technologies such as Outlook and OWA

  • Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Azure services including Azure Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Connect, Azure Automation

  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, design and development of email solutions

  • Knowledge of data classification, retention, data loss protection, and information rights management

  • Expert knowledge of Powershell for management of M365 services

  • Experience with patch and configuration management

  • Experience with configuration of Exchange policies, SMTP relay, and mail routing

  • Strong written and oral communication with the ability to provide training and present technical change to end users

  • Working knowledge of email security solutions

  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to provide root cause analysis and recommend effective solutions
