WTW eepoint Product Specialist (Mid / Night Shift) in Taguig, Philippines

The Role

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and oversee the eepoint global support system, collaborating with RSG and other product team colleagues to resolve client team issues.

  • Assist client specific system feature adoption.

  • Triage, resolve, and escalate client issues as reported via global support system.

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of specifications documentation.

  • Help facilitate the adoption of new technology.

  • Develop and execute test plans for eepoint and ESS version specific releases.

  • Test new version releases as a business approval tester.

  • Help prepare and update release notes for eepoint releases.

  • Create and maintain training recordings related to eepoint products.

  • Assist in coordinating end-user training and preparing training documentation.

  • Create and maintain regression test plans for software supported by the eepoint team, including eepoint, ESS, State Tax Tool, ESS Dashboard, Command Center, and Document Manager.

  • Act as a champion for the eepoint product, promoting its use and benefits to stakeholders.

The Requirements

  • Relevant experience as Application Support Analyst or Product Specialist.

  • Experience working with SLAs.

  • Excellent organization and leadership skills desired.

  • Experience with managing documentation, specifications, and working with stakeholders.

  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills desired.

  • Passion for technology, constant learning, and work in fast paced environment.

  • Hands on experience with DB plans and/or technology SDLC process.

  • Committed to quality and continuous improvement.

  • Bachelors’ Degree.
