The Role

  • Being part of a global project team, you will attend regular project calls and provide updates on the status of your project activities, highlighting and managing risks and issues that could impact the overall success of the project.

  • Assess requirements documentation and data to ensure a clear understanding of what is required, questioning and clarifying requirements with internal project team members as needed.

  • Provide advice and solutions to internal stakeholders based on your knowledge of system capabilities.

  • Contribute to the design of the configuration approach by updating and reviewing the configuration design document.

  • Specifiy integration logic to ensure the system receives the necessary data values to meet the project requirements.

  • Prepare your configuration activities using the configuration workflow management solution through Microsoft DevOps.

  • Accurately complete your configuration activities and maintain the status of your configuration tasks within the workflow management solution on a daily basis.

  • Prepare, execute and support unit, integration and user acceptance testing phases, raising and managing bugs in a pro-active and timely manner through Microsoft DevOps.

  • Analyse, prepare, upload, validate, reconcile and report data through Microsoft Excel and ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) tools.

  • Be curious and self-learn to maintain your knowledge of system capabilities, following regular ongoing product enhancement releases.

  • Be creative and share ideas for platform and process improvements.

  • Collaborate with global and local teams using tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

  • Take the initiative as well as being able to accept guidance and instructions from others.

  • Support others within the team.

The Requirements

  • A logical and methodical approach to your work with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong problem solving skills in order to analyse data and requirements and find appropriate solutions.

  • Good understanding of data and experience with Microsoft Excel.

  • Fluent English language speaking and writing skills are essential.

  • Self-motivated and ability to work on own and to tight timescales.

  • Positive attitude towards change and organisational development.

  • Ideally educated to degree level.
