WTW Cloud Operations Sr. Active Directory Engineer (Rotating Shift) in Taguig, Philippines

The Role

Willis Towers Watson IT is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of a Sr. Active Directory Engineer. In this position, the successful candidate must demonstrate enterprise-level Expertise to support a mature Active Directory environment and associated services in a large dynamic, global environment. The main role for this position will be initially to support the operational aspects of the environment with a goal to move into engineering support for any or all of the Active Directory related functions. This includes all related monitoring and operational tasks associated with providing a healthy infrastructure.

Major Accountabilities:

  • Infrastructure Health Monitoring

  • Active Directory Engineering

  • Active Directory Operations

  • Support Ticket Resolution

  • Create/Maintain and Enhance Team Processes and Documentation

  • Account Management

  • Active Directory Windows Server Related Functional Support for GPO, DNS, DHCP, PKI, DFS and Other Domain Relevant Services.

The candidate must have the ability to work independently as part of a global team while partnering with application owners, technical business units, data center services vendors and other diverse areas within IT in an ongoing basis.

The Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in a relevant Business or Information Technology area;

  • 8+ years working with Microsoft Products

  • 5+ years Active Directory Extensive Support experience.

  • 5+ years of support experience with Windows Server 2016 and above

  • Advanced level experience with PowerShell, and/or shell scripting capabilities

  • Technical familiarity with implementing and supporting Microsoft Azure cloud technologies

  • Solid understanding of underlying hardware components (storage, networking, etc.)

  • Positive team-first attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Must possess sound analytical and problem solving capabilities

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Change Auditor, Enterprise Reporter and RMAD will be a plus
