WTW Business Manager in Taguig, Philippines

As a member of the business management team for the Investments business, you will support leadership to:

  • Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals

  • Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret external and internal data and draft reports

  • Assess overall company performance against objectives

  • Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines

You will work closely with our Senior Business Managers and get involved in a wide range of tasks across the business.

Critical to your success will be having strong communication skills, a broad understanding of the wider business, fostering and developing relationships with key stakeholders, open communication, and a passion to deliver.

  • Joining the Business management team to provide assistance and work alongside our senior Business Managers

  • Central figure in SI Regulations working group, driving action and coordinating calls/actions/minutes.

  • Develop a trusted supporting relationship with wider stakeholders through efficient, quality execution of projects and effective communication.

  • Managing delivery and development of internal reporting deliverables

  • Follow firm and line of business processes, protocols and quality standards in the development and deployment of solutions

  • Writing and maintaining policy/process/procedures/Terms of reference documents

Ensuring that all relevant documentation relating to projects is maintained including project data, logs and appropriate project files

Performance Objectives:

  • Clients – work with Senior Business Managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards

  • Financial/Business KPIs – maintain accurate time records

  • People – build relationships internally and collaborate effectively with team

  • Operational Excellence and Innovation – implement Operational Excellence in all programs and adhere to client, local, and international compliance requirements

The Requirements:

The candidates should ideally be able to provide evidence of most/all of the following:

  • Strong team player

  • Good organization and time management skills, with a proven ability to handle a variety of assignments and meet tight deadlines

  • Strong delegation skills

  • Confidence to liaise and work with people at all levels in a variety of roles, locations, and functions

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Sense of accountability, owning one’s work and taking pride in it; commitment to quality and continuous improvement

  • Treats everyone with dignity, honesty, and respect. Shows a high level of self-awareness, understands impact of own behavior on others, and upholds the highest standards of company values/ practice

  • Confidence to liaise and work with people at all levels in a variety of roles, locations and functions

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook, and an interest in enhancing these skills

  • Knowledge or background in Investment, or a desire to work in the investment industry, is an advantage

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance or equivalent; with at least three years of relevant work experience
