WTW Business Change Analyst in Taguig, Philippines

The Business Change Support Analyst will work as part of the wider Business Change Team, with the primary focus of conducting and supporting the analysis behind all aspects of client and internal change projects. The Business Change Support Analyst will also be required to update all relevant project artefacts as well as building and maintaining relationships with key business SME’s.

The Role

  • Work with WTW internal teams to analyse current business processes

  • Establish and maintain key business relationships to aid in data collection exercises.

  • Produce clear and detailed analysis packs, aligning to WTW standards, to present to Business Change Lead and other internal stakeholders for approval/review.

  • Support go-live efficiency, defect resolution, prompt transition to business-as-usual operation.

  • Maintain a constant focus on ease of administration post implementation, highlighting any potential impacts as and when they are identified.

The Requirements

  • Have introductory level knowledge of relevant business change techniques such as business process modelling and re-engineering.

  • Have effective communication skills to help embed the strategic change vision to staff at all levels of the organisation.

  • Have a good level of data analysis and competency with presenting data on programmes like Microsoft Power Point, Visio and Excel.

  • Ability to be flexible when working across a number of projects and adapting to different stakeholders and project demands.

  • Experience overcoming resistance to change and demonstrating the ability to gain trust and understand the issues that matter to people most.

  • Ability to give and receive information clearly and concisely, and to encourage open dialogue by listening and engaging in debate as appropriate.
