An IT Operations Specialist is a non-manager position providing timely support valued solutions and services to business. In turn, the business is enabled to focus on conducting its own activities to meet our customers’ needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate technical tools to support critical business processes

  • Provide basic support for low complexity issues guided by knowledge articles

  • Execute service level quality and controls requirements

  • Drive operational excellence of the specified scope of work

  • Update documentation for ongoing operations

  • Build mastery of the chosen domain and technologies for the operations that you will be managing

Job Qualifications

Information Technology candidates must demonstrate strong leadership in the application of technical mastery to drive business results.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following core qualities:

  • Fresh graduates with Bachelor's degree in related field such as Information Technology and Computer Science courses; or professionals with up to 3 years experience at most.

  • Demonstrates a balance of business understanding and technical skills, mainly working hands-on with the technology

  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with end users and stakeholders

  • Exhibits a passion for technology, continually takes initiative to update and improve one’s own skillsets to get job done

  • Demonstrates basic operational discipline to deliver results in timely manner and of quality
