Job Description

This role is responsible for delivering a first-rate support and administrative service to our employees. Global Mobility is focused on

delivering support for a variety of Global Mobility activities. The key accountabilities are to ensure accurate processing of all required

administrative and transactional activities according to governance, processes, policies, agreed performance targets and service

level agreements, whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Independently manage all activities relating to global mobility activities, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner and all necessary follow up is carried out in line with legislation and AECOM policy.

  • Work with autonomy, make decisions on medium complexity issues as required.

  • Able to multitask and work on more than one issue simultaneously ensuring the prioritization of urgent requests

  • Responsible for the accurate and timely resolution of all queries, ensuring issues are escalated for timely resolution as required.

  • Responsible for accurate and timely case handling ensuring cases are only transferred where appropriate and within specified guidelines.

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensure communication is effective and informative.

  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is always maintained.

  • Responsible for ensuring confidentiality is always maintained.

  • Responsible for ensuring quality standards are met and maintained - ensure all work is done to a high standard and that appropriate audits are undertaken as required.

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures.

  • Responsible for ensuring adherence to audit and regulatory requirements both internal and external (i.e. GDPR, AECOM Privacy Policy and SOX) ensuring the Company is compliant and risks are mitigated.

  • Responsible for accurate and timely documents management, and systems data and records maintenance on assigned transactions.

  • Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure accurate processing of assignment letters (e.g. salary, assignment allowances, annual leave, and such like) are accurately reflected in assignment letters, and social security certificates of coverage are applied for and tracked for renewal.

  • Contribute to SOP/DTP maintenance process by identifying opportunities to improve current processes, escalate for discussion and decision and revise documents accordingly.

  • Contribute/Provide insights to continuous improvement initiatives by initiating improvement ideas and/or participate on CI project team to optimize processes.

  • Provide input into the completion of incident reports to enable effective issue investigation and continuous improvement.

  • Provide input into the creation and delivery of performance reporting to business stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources Services in a Shared Services/BPO Industry.

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools.

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of global mobility processes and procedures.

  • Experience working with HR Systems preferably in Oracle, Workday, AssignmentPro.
