Job Details Job Location Tacoma 1 - Tacoma, WA Position Type Full Time Education Level GED/High School Diploma   Salary Range $18.50 - $20.00 Hourly Job Shift Day Description This position will fully encompass all responsibilities, processes and functions of a Warehouse Associate, to fully support branch operations in Tacoma, WA. Your primary goal activity is to take care of all customer needs whether it be processing a customer order, receiving and shipping product to our customers, or counting inventory. You play a key role in the overall success of the company by providing our customer with the best customer experience possible. SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Proficiently handle all warehouse and inventory functions Pick, pack and process customer orders and transfers Receive, put away and cycle count inventory Pack orders and transfers properly for shipping, with appropriate paperwork and labeling Process any problem shipments timely and accurately, communicating immediately with the proper departments Put stock away in a timely and quick manner in appropriate, assigned warehouse locations Perform cycle counts based on branch commitment to 100% count 2X annually Keep your work area clean and neat, free of safety hazards Qualifications REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND BEHAVIORS Active listener Strong organization, prioritizing abilities with attention to detail Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously Familiar with Microsoft Office, and ability to perform required computer skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced, team environment Demonstrate our core values of integrity, respect, commitment, and teamwork Must be able to learn and operate a forklift Requires sitting, standing, stooping, reaching and walking for continuous periods of time Must be able to lift 50lbs on a consistent basis and up to 75lbs on occasion Must be able to perform repetitive work with your hands and arms EDUCATION High school diploma or equivalent EXPERIENCE 1-3 years of relevant warehouse or customer service-related experience preferred This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required.
