About the Position: Stellar's Project Manager role is focused on implementation, management, and execution of identified projects throughout the organization. This may include technical, operational, commercial or acquisitional project efforts. The PM will be responsible for identifying project requirements, developing project scope and charter, building a project organizational structure, leading project calls with internal and external team members, and guiding projects through to their successful completion. Project teams will be comprised of associated Stellar staff. The PM will manage workflow, workload, and communication between internal departments as well as external partners. Preferred location is based out of company headquarters in Tacoma, WA, but will consider other Stellar locations. Must be able to meet in-person, not a remote position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: More specifically, it is the responsibility of the Project Manager to: Manage concurrent, multi-faceted team-oriented projects Create and maintain project plans, schedules, meeting structures and agendas Collaborate with department teams to develop project goals, strategy and scope Keep project software platform up to date Manage changes in tasks, goals, and resource allocations for projects Conceptualize flow of activities, tasks, critical areas, and plan for contingencies Act as a liaison between all teams, internal and external, leading cross-functional teams and individuals from all roles and levels (staff, Manager, Director, VP, etc.) Apply mature technical and organizational knowledge to a range of challenging tasks Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables Qualifications Position Requirements: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
