Remote FTE: _, Shift: _, Schedule: _ Position Summary The 340B Analyst is an ideal opportunity at MultiCare, overseeing and managing accurate and cost-effective procurement of pharmaceutical products for contract pharmacies. Working in coordination with pharmacy leadership, you will directly improve pharmacy procurement processes, ensure optimal purchasing practices and implement optimizations in your daily work functions. Responsibilities You will ensure compliance with all 340B government regulations through continuous monitoring and implementing process improvement opportunities You will evaluate all usage and look for improvement opportunities in the 340B program including contract pharmacies, internal pharmacies, and hospital-based departments You will assist in updating and developing policies and procedures related to inventory management and 340B program. Frequently communicate updates to staff and provides training and education about new policies, procedure changes, and audit outcomes You will execute action plans to mitigate and/or remove any potential or identified compliance concerns and implement changes You will track 340B drug inventory including proper replenishment Requirements Post-secondary program completion; equivalent related experience or combination of coursework and experience may be considered in lieu of education; in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Healthcare related field preferred Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred Experience in databases such as Excel and Access, writing macros and simple programming Experience in data analytics Familiarity with pharmacy operations and purchasing in order to analyze inventory management opportunities preferred Experience with pharmacy 340B program preferred Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel certifications preferred Our Values As a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration and Kindness.
