TERRA STAFFING GROUP Maintenance Technician in Tacoma, Washington

An established aerospace company in Tacoma is looking to add an experienced Maintenance Technician to their team. If you have recent machine maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment, we want to speak to you. 

This growing company provides manufacturing and assembly of complex, mission-critical component systems. With multiple facilities, this location specializes in Complex, Mission Critical Hard Metals, and high-speed aluminum machining.

This is a direct-hire position that offers competitive benefits, a great company culture, and opportunities for growth.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

  • Provide preventative maintenance to a variety of machinery, tools, and equipment used in the shop.
  • Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to determine machine malfunctions.
  • Diagnose equipment and machinery malfunctions and determine the best course of action for repairs.
  • Provide routine maintenance and repairs of facilities and grounds.
  • Provide and maintain documentation of repair work and costs.

*Schedule: *Monday -- Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

  • Over 2 years of machine and equipment maintenance experience.
  • Experience working withing a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerancing.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly.

*Compensation: *$23.00 -- 36.00/hour.
