Every one of our employees makes us who we are. Responsibilities Most Of the Time, You Will: Answer phones and take messages. Maintain moderately complex indexes and files. Type correspondence, reports, and other materials. Operate an adding machine, calculator, telex terminal, copy machine, or any other office machine requiring no previous training. Maintain a software database specifically for food service operations. Assist with the facility's food service compliance files and food service inventory. Create daily meal delivery tickets.
