Parsons Corporation Infrastructure Design Manager in Tabouk, Saudi Arabia

Job Description:

Parsons is currently looking for an amazingly talented Infrastructure Design Manager to join our team!

We are in the process of building a world-class team that will deliver multiple key infrastructure projects within the scope of this PMC, including roads, highways, interchanges, bridges, tunnels, water infrastructure, special projects assets, and PPP residential accommodation camps. We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced individuals that can add value to the teams that we are developing.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Ensuring the development of a full and detailed Project Execution Plan

  • The development of a clear Statement of Work (SOW) outlining, among other things, budget and technical requirements for complete project design

  • The complete and accurate review of the Design (ensuring the Design meets all required design standards and all relevant stakeholder requirements) at the agreed upon level of detail and completion

  • Participate in communications with stakeholders to promote an understanding of the technical Design implications associated with requests

  • Manage all third party resources performing design Integration activities whether through the Program Manager, the PMO or CMs

  • Supervise and assure the performance of the PMO for each program in relation to all Design implementation activities

  • Ensure that the appropriate level of expertise exists for scoping design and technical requirements and evaluating Design and Construction from technical perspective

  • Ensure that all projects are designed and constructed with the highest possible quality, safety and operability

  • Provide leadership, strategic, administrative and technical direction

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 20 years in major infrastructure projects design and construction services experience with minimum of 5 years in a design management role for water, roads, buildings of similar scope and size.

  • Proven, successful experience in coordination and facilitation of stakeholders, agencies and end-users requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering

  • Professional affiliation/ registration to relevant, internationally recognised authority

  • Advanced (degree level) education in relevant discipline or equivalent
