Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a ICC/LOC Operator for our project NEOM The LINE in Tabuk, KSA. You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

• Oversee and assure the Medical and Fire and Rescue Risk Assessment for activities on the LINE.

• Provide expertise in medical incidents requiring Subject Matter Expertise to LOC Operations Manager and Senior Operation Manager.

• Guide LOC operations staff in dealing with medical incidents to promote a safe and efficient work environment.

• Establish and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

• Analyse operational data and reports to identify trends, forecast issues, and take corrective measures.

• Work collaboratively with departments to streamline operations and maintain communication flow.

• Address escalated issues promptly and efficiently.

• Ensure all medical providers on the LINE are knowledgeable about emergency response procedures.

• Conduct routine Medical Audits and evaluations, providing feedback to Senior Management

• Keep up to date on industry trends and best practices to drive operational improvements.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

  • Proficient in interpersonal communication, encompassing verbal, written, and listening skills necessary for efficient task execution and the ability to effectively guide individuals with diverse backgrounds.

  • Capable of conveying complex information to senior management personnel and providing clear instructions to operational teams.

  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to attention to detail across all job responsibilities.

  • Prior exposure to common continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile, is advantageous.

  • Displays proactive behaviour and the ability to escalate issues when additional support is needed.

  • Embraces a collaborative team mentality, actively participating in information sharing, problem-solving, and task delegation.

  • Exhibits composure under pressure and consistently meets deadlines.

  • Proficiency in English communication at a high level, with a solid understanding of Arabic language and culture. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.

  • Demonstrates strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Possesses excellent organizational, communication, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities..

  • Capable of thriving in a high-pressure environment while juggling multiple tasks concurrently.

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in auditing and mentoring is a definite advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Paramedical Science and Operations Management experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Operations centre or Dispatch Call centre, with a proven track record in a supervisory role.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Auditing and mentoring experience.
