Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe. Over half of Diageo’s 27,000+ people work in Supply Chain and Manufacturing. About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and ambitious individual who thrives on continuous learning and achieving challenging goals. You'll be a natural leader adept at working independently and collaboratively to deliver exceptional results. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential for tackling complex challenges. An engineering background (Electrical or Mechanical) is a plus, but most importantly, you possess a genuine drive to excel and make a significant impact.

Key Tasks / Accountabilities

  • This role has critical responsible to ensure Health, Safety, Quality and Environment in the workplace are safe for workers and other people.

  • Has responsible to design, implement and maintain utility infrastructure in LKJ site.

  • Being main assistant to Engineering Manager in the launch of new projects within the facility activities include project management, allocation of resources, documentation controls and development of new technology processes.

  • Provide maintenance and continuous improvement skills to deliver and improve on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and asset care.

  • Observe and ensure compliance to safe systems of work.

  • Completion of Preventative Maintenance Activities and using SAP system data.

  • Responsible in our Utilities (Transformer, Chiller, Compressor, LEV, Generator) and Facility Equipment (CCTV, Access Door, Fire Hydrant, Fire Alarm and Operational Technology server) and able to operate that equipment.

  • Maintain accurate daily utility records so that manufacturing energy performance can be analyzed effectively.

  • Managing all utility and facility equipment to deliver good service to the production plant and distribution facility in a safe and efficient manner without direct supervision from line manager.

  • Work together with Digital and Technology team to manage Operation Technology System running in good condition.

  • Work with facilities suppliers and specialist contractors to drive faster problem solving and greater plant availability.

  • Assist production team in troubleshooting manufacturing operations.

Qualification & Job Requirement:

  • Knowledge and experience in Utility and Facility equipment (Chiller, Transformer, Compressor, CCTV, Fire alarm and OT Server) or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn.

  • Engineering Vocational School, Diploma or Experience qualified, preferably engineering (Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer), Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Responds to change in a positive, flexible manner and self-driven.

  • Ability to work in a team and be an effective team member, good communication skills.

PREFERABLE:

  • S1 Electrical Engineering.

  • Computer literate.

  • Have experience to use SAP system .

  • Have experience to Electrical safety (K3 Listrik).

  • Able to work within different cultures, religions and languages.

  • Having experience/ involve in automation and digitalization projects.
