Overview

The Transfer Solutions team is looking for a Sr Specialist, Product Management to create and implement payment ecosystems based on the card-to-card and account-to-account solutions in Brazil. The role requires product knowledge, technical capabilities, and the capacity to influence critical stakeholders (internal and external) to enable solutions, launch use cases and optimize programs. As part of the Customer Solution Center, this position will also act as a Solution Specialist that contributes with Solutions Architect’s led initiatives that develop “One Mastercard” value propositions to win customers.

This role, as a Product expert, requires collaboration with the local teams and sales organization to identify improvement opportunities and remove roadblocks, both being crucial, as it will help the team achieve the desired outcomes and cement Mastercard’s multi-rail positioning in the key markets. By accelerating the implementation of Transfer Solutions this role will help Mastercard’s clients in capturing new flows and incremental revenues.

Role

The focus will be scaling Transfer Solutions, such as Mastercard Send and Cross Border Services and the following objectives:

  • Enable solutions in key markets including product readiness, customer

enablement, legal scans, pricing and potential use cases

  • Define roadmaps, technical requirements and resources needed

  • Monitor the execution of the projects and serve as a PMO to help them in

the execution

  • Create customer pipelines, in partnership with the sales organization, to

offer the solutions and collaborate in the creation customized proposals

based on projected transactions and volumes

  • Work with the regional experts and technical team to ensure flowless

implementation

  • Manage 3rd party vendors and relationships related to the initiatives at play

  • Collaborate, educate, and empower other organizational stakeholders (e.g.,

product, implementation, marketing/communication)

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

• knowledge/experience on Cross Border/remittances market space

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English

and Spanish

• Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills

• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously

• Strong analytical skills

• Detail oriented

• Customer service oriented

• Business acumen with the ability to provide solutions that drive positive

results to the customer and Mastercard

• Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering successful

implementation, while operating within a team
