Job Description

Seeking a Sales Operations Analyst who will be an integral part of Analytical Instrument Group team to support the delivery of our near and long-term objectives.

Will be responsible, mainly:

  • Create and run reports for Analytical Instrument Group divisions, focusing on revenue/booking control

  • Analysis of data reports providing managers with a complete view of the progress of the business

  • Lead and participate in calls with Sales, Customer Service and Business Unit, obtaining and sharing information about forecasts

  • Deal with price tables and support the entire sales team with prices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in ADM, Finance or other business-related fields

  • High proficiency in MS Excel

  • Advanced English / Spanish will be a plus

  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to multi-task and interface in a fast-paced environment throughout all levels of the organization

  • Possesses initiative, passion, intellectual curiosity, and a questioning/positive demeanor.
