What is the job about?

Responsibility for the planning of stocks and material inbound supply to EMEA DC planning points while balancing product availability and inventory efficiency.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Ensure product availability for our customers.

  • Ensure right stock levels with an efficient stock ratio and minimum level of slow-moving products.

  • Ensure short lead times for our customers and maintain them in the system.

  • Product segmentation process – review of our product segmentation twice a year.

  • Coordinate and improve inbound flow with suppliers and 3PL CEVA (distribution center).

  • Close cooperation with Grundfos factories, suppliers, Group Purchase, CEVA (distribution center), Sales, Product Management, Group Supply Chain.

  • Scope of action and decision-making : Ensuring product availability, inventory management, planning of seasonal developments and sales campaigns, considering available storage capacity at 3PL, prioritizing and coordination with production and suppliers.

Your background:

  • International business or economics degree or equivalent

  • Previous experience in logistics

  • Good knowledge about planning systems and processes e

  • SAP is a huge advantage

  • Good communication skills

  • Fluent in English language

Location: Székesfehérvár (max. 8 days/month in home office)
